Returns — 14 days

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return, with no need to justify the reason (right of withdrawal).

How to return an order

Write to us through our contact page stating your order number and the reason. We'll confirm the next steps.

Product damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us with photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

Wrong product

If you received a different product than ordered, contact us and we'll arrange an exchange or refund at no cost to you.

Defective product

If you find a manufacturing defect, contact us describing the issue; depending on the case, we'll repair, replace, or refund it.

Product condition and return shipping costs

The product must be returned in its original condition. If you exercise your right of withdrawal and there is no error on our part, return shipping costs are your responsibility. If the reason is our error (defective or wrong product), we cover that cost. Once we receive and check the product, we process the refund within a maximum of 14 days.
